The Limestone Coast Hydrogen Hub is a unique Green Hydrogen Hub co-located at the largest user of natural gas in the South East of South Australia, the Millicent Mill operated by Kimberly-Clark Australia.
With a net-zero by 2030 target, green hydrogen will enable a transition to clean fuel and renewable energy. The project will occur in two stages, with the complete clean energy transition occurring in the second stage in 2029. The broader vision is to develop the Limestone Coast region as a Hydrogen Cluster to support domestic manufacturing, heavy transport and eventual export opportunities.
